Both Linco and RA-LIN have extensive relationships with architects, engineers, and sub-contractors with significant medical experience. We are confident we can create the medical space you need while maintaining a fair and reasonable budget.
Flexible and Affordable Finish Options
 Unfinished Space“As Is” space is our least expensive option and allows you to use your own designer and contractor. This option gives you the opportunity to fully design, build, and finance your tenant improvements in any way that works best for your practice or business. |  Shell SpaceThis space has completed demising walls with some of the basic interior systems such as basic lighting, HVAC and utilities in place. This space is turned over to your contractor of choice to begin finished construction. |  Turn Key SpaceThis option uses the skills and experience of our group of partners to design and build your finished space to custom-fit your needs. We will work closely with you to guarantee that we satisfy all of your operational needs and deliver an attractive, functional interior finish. This package allows you to have one payment covering your rent and the cost of tenant improvements. You can concentrate on your business and revenue generation while we manage the construction process. |
